Compound layers: what ships now, what funding accelerates next, and what long-horizon work inherits from canon already in motion. Long-horizon interactive (including survival-scale concepts) is not presented as a current product promise.

## Layer 1 — Current commercial foundation (now)

Already shipping or live:

- Operator Core and Handler Core (paid)
- Free Needlepoint onboarding funnel
- VeilDaemon companion tools
- Public archive / wiki
- Fiction line and canon library

## Layer 2 — Funded publishing growth (12–24 months)

Funding accelerates:

- Weekly production cadence with monthly public release target (not a claim of one complete commercial module every week)
- Professional finish of flagship materials
- Storefront, print stock, conventions, creator media
- Structured progression-year releases

## Layer 3 — ARG + long-term AR / Ritual Sites (2–5 years)

Near-term funded work stays adjacent to publishing (infrastructure, hooks, companion hardening).
Persistent Mobile AR and Ritual Sites remain long-term platform vision and bounded proof-of-concept research—not near-term launch SKUs unless separately scoped and funded.
