Looks right on phones
Most customers will find you on mobile first. The site is designed there first so it stays readable, tappable, and clear.
CRADLEPOINTSTUDIO
Web design · limited intake
A clear website that tells people what you do, makes it easy to reach you, and looks professional on the phone—without agency-scale overhead or a process that eats your week.
Cradlepoint Studio is accepting a limited number of small-business web projects at introductory portfolio rates. You are not buying “SEO magic.” You are buying a site customers can actually use.
What you get
Small business owners do not wake up wanting semantic markup. They want the phone to ring, the quote form to get used, and the site to stop embarrassing the business on a customer’s phone.
Most customers will find you on mobile first. The site is designed there first so it stays readable, tappable, and clear.
Clear structure and navigation so people are not left guessing services, location, or whether you are the right fit.
Copy refined so your offer sounds specific and professional—not generic template filler.
Color, type, and imagery that hold together so the business feels real and trustworthy online.
Call, email, book, request a quote, or visit—made obvious instead of buried three clicks deep.
Address, hours, service area, and map links when customers need to find or schedule you.
Titles, descriptions, and structure search engines can understand from day one—not ranking promises.
Links to the social profiles, booking tools, or platforms you already use.
Guidance choosing and connecting hosting so launch is not a scavenger hunt of logins.
Contrast, hierarchy, and keyboard-friendly controls so the site is usable, not just pretty in a mockup.
Basic analytics so you can see whether people arrive and what they do next.
Domain connection, desktop and mobile checks, and a clean handoff—not a half-finished folder of files.
Ecommerce, membership systems, large databases, custom applications, and heavy ongoing content management are separate estimates when they are actually needed—not forced into every package.
Who this is for
This describes fit, not a claimed specialty in every trade. The work is clear business communication—not a vertical gimmick.
Pricing
Most small businesses land on the Business package. Launch is for a first credible page. Custom is for deeper brand work or interaction. Final pricing follows scope.
Launch
A single-page presence so people can find you and take the next step.
Best when you only have social profiles or a directory listing today.
Most Popular
Business
The default professional site for owners who need room to explain, prove, and convert.
Recommended for most small businesses ready for a real website.
Custom
When the business needs a stronger brand presence or non-standard interaction.
Scoped individually. Final pricing depends on what the project actually needs.
Optional additions
Domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, email hosting, payment processing, and other third-party services are billed separately or paid directly by the client. Ongoing care is a separate monthly plan—see below.
After launch
The build is a one-time project. Care is optional insurance so the site does not quietly rot—security, backups, small updates, and a real human when something breaks. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime. Not a hostage arrangement.
Website Care
Keep the lights on and the small fires out.
For owners who want the digital side to stop demanding attention.
Most Popular
Business Care
Everything in Website Care, plus room for real monthly updates—and AI-assisted busywork.
The plan most owners should pick after launch.
Growth Partner
A quiet outsourced web and marketing lane when the business is moving every month.
When “a few updates” is not enough and you still refuse to hire a full marketing department.
Included in care time
Not included
If a request would burn the month’s hours or change the product, you get a quote before work starts—not a surprise bill after.
What makes this different
Business Care and Growth Partner include an AI Business Assistant layer: short, practical drafting help that saves owners time without making them learn tools they never wanted.
Fifteen focused minutes can replace an hour of staring at a blank box. You approve anything public. Nothing goes live unreviewed.
The longer horizon is quiet orchestration: site, Google Business, and social updates from one approved instruction—always with human review. The business is not “I only ship websites.” It is becoming the outsourced web, IT, and light marketing department for less than a part-time hire—so you can keep fixing cars, cutting hair, or running the shop.
Why the pricing is lower
Cradlepoint Studio is intentionally building its external client portfolio. Rather than charging full agency rates from day one, introductory pricing is available on a limited number of projects while establishing long-term client relationships.
You work directly with the person designing and building the site—no layers of project managers, no outsourced status emails, no mystery handoffs. Reduced price reflects portfolio stage and direct delivery, not disposable standards.
Completed work may be requested for the Studio portfolio, with your approval. Portfolio use is optional. Permission will be asked; it is never required as a condition of the project.
Process
You explain what the business does, what is failing online today, and what a good outcome looks like—calls, quotes, bookings, visits.
You get a recommended package, deliverables, timeline, and any third-party costs before work starts—so the headache is priced, not discovered mid-build.
Structure, design, and content are assembled so a first-time visitor can understand the offer and take the next step.
You review a real draft and return consolidated feedback within the included rounds—changes that improve clarity, not endless redesign loops.
The site goes live on your domain and is checked on desktop and mobile so “done” means customers can use it.
Projects require clear scope approval and an initial deposit before work begins.
Payment and project terms
These describe how projects usually run. They are not formal legal advice and do not replace a written project agreement when one is issued.
Existing work
A highly branded, atmosphere-driven web experience combining narrative presentation, interactive systems, community entry points, and transmedia project architecture.

Because Cradlepoint Studio is building its external client portfolio and keeps delivery direct. You work with the person building the site. Introductory rates on limited projects—not a race to the bottom, and not a disposable process. See Why the pricing is lower.
I’d rather build ten websites that genuinely help local businesses than a hundred forgettable templates. Every project is scoped individually and built with long-term maintainability in mind.
