TERMS OF USE

Purpose and limits

VeilDaemon is an entertainment and symbolic-interaction system connected to the Cradlepoint fictional universe. It is not medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, emergency, or crisis care. Do not rely on it for health, safety, legal, financial, or emergency decisions. If you may be in immediate danger, contact appropriate local emergency or crisis resources.

Local data

Local records may be lost through browser clearing, device loss, private-browsing behavior, software changes, or user action. Export tools may help with backups, but uninterrupted preservation is not guaranteed.

Submissions

Do not submit passwords, authentication tokens, medical records, financial information, precise private addresses, or other sensitive personal information. You retain ownership of feedback and other material you submit. By submitting, you represent that you have the right to provide it and grant J. Donavon Love, under the Cradlepoint Studio name, a limited non-exclusive license to store, secure, process, review, and redact the submission for operating and improving VeilDaemon.

Private submission alone does not grant publication permission. Only when you separately approve a displayed redacted public version do you grant permission to reproduce and publish that approved version in VeilDaemon’s public recovery surfaces. Administrative review remains required.

Moderation

Unlawful, abusive, threatening, infringing, deceptive, unsafe, or operationally harmful submissions may be rejected, withheld, or deleted. Submission does not guarantee response, publication, or continued storage.

Availability and warranties

VeilDaemon is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, error-free output, or continued access to any feature. External links and third-party services are governed by their own terms.

Open-source and creative licenses

Repository code and eligible creative expression follow the licenses and boundaries stated in LICENSE_SCOPE.md. No trademark rights are granted through site use or repository licensing.

Unresolved legal terms

No governing jurisdiction, arbitration requirement, or minimum-age threshold is stated here because those decisions have not been finalized. They require founder and, where appropriate, counsel review. Continued use after a future posted revision means the revised terms govern from their stated effective date.
