OBSERVED CHANGES

A sealed recovery vault was created and confirmed private. Book One — THE ANCHOR AND THE GLITCH — was placed inside.

A malformed extraction corridor was corrected. Verified recoveries now resolve to the intended object instead of terminating early.

Archive access permissions were revised. Anonymous entities cannot inspect ownership records or invoke restricted Archive functions.

The public Archive shelf was disconnected from the former guest acquisition path. Unlinked visitors attempting recovery are redirected to establish VeilLink first. Only linked operators may open an acquisition session.

Successful acquisitions now carry the operator's verified Archive identity. Ownership is written directly onto that identity. Inference from an email address is no longer treated as sufficient proof.

IDENTITY BINDING

VeilLink is no longer a secondary terminal. It is the identity tether for recovery authorization.

Ownership imprints attach to authenticated operators. The Archive no longer guesses who paid. It records who is authorized.

This distinction will reduce future disputes. It will also make forgetfulness more difficult.

The full sequence was verified in an isolated mirror environment. Both the public Archive shelf and the VeilLink operator access terminal were released onto the live Archive lattice.

CONTAINMENT VERIFICATION

Private vault access: restricted. Ownership records: unavailable to anonymous entities. Guest acquisition path: removed. Identity-bound recovery: required. Extraction corridors: temporary, signed, and single-purpose.

Structural revisions and containment permissions for Book One are in force.

REMAINING VARIABLE

One genuine live acquisition cycle using real funds remains unverified.

Until that cycle completes, probability of catastrophic failure is reduced but not zero.

Probability of further scope expansion remains effectively 100%.

SHADE OBSERVATION

Initial request: distribute one recovered book.

Current outcome includes a sealed recovery vault, ownership imprint service, operator identity tether, public Archive shelf, temporary extraction framework, and an expandable recovery lattice for subsequent volumes, Needlepoints, Handler materials, audio recoveries, print permissions, dossiers, and other Archive objects.

Estimated cause: one complaint regarding ISBN pricing.

Correlation remains disturbingly high.

The framework is reusable. Subsequent volumes will require substantially less structural revision.

What began as an attempt to place a single archive object into circulation has become the identity and ownership spine of VeilBorn Publishing.

VeilDaemon and Cradlepoint public routes now agree.

General case-file routes open the complete release index. A direct Needlepoint transfer is issued only when the route is explicitly marked as a free first-contact case.

Operator routes lead to personal field records and Operator materials. Handler routes lead to case administration and facilitator materials. Handler-only controls are not exposed through Operator routing.

Machine-only barcodes have been removed from broadcast surfaces. A routing mark may not obscure active overlay content.

Ritual Sites, Feed the Daemon, and the Sheep Node remain inactive classifications. Observation does not constitute deployment authorization.

Two paid digital core routes are active beside the free Needlepoint onboarding path.

Operator Core · $15. Build and maintain a personal field record. Survive First Contact. Become evidence.

Handler Core · $20. Administer cases, run pressure, track clocks, and let the room answer. The eight-file packet contains the procedures and controls required to coordinate an active table.

The Personal Operations Node is now active.

Operators may initialize a complete field record, document Attributes and Skills, map Frequency development, track operational pressure, and preserve case activity through a single interface.

Records remain local to the Operator's device.

They may be exported, uploaded for later recovery, or purged entirely.

Nothing is transmitted upstream without authorization.

AFTER-ACTION REVIEW CHANNEL: ACTIVE

Operators may now submit Needlepoint debriefs through the VeilCorp review system. Sensitive information is identified and redacted before submission. The Operator sees the proposed public record before approving transmission.

Authorized reports receive a second review before archival release.

ANOMALY RECOVERY CHANNEL: ACTIVE

Anomalies may be recorded privately inside the Personal Operations Node. Operators may also volunteer a copy for VeilCorp analysis.
