On July 9 the project started charging money.

What went on sale

  • Operator Core, $15. Build and maintain a personal field record.
  • Handler Core, $20. An eight-file packet with the procedures and controls for running an active table.
  • Full Core Set. Both together.
  • Needlepoint, free. It stays the on-ramp. General case-file links open the full release index so nobody gets funneled past the free option.

Both release packs were built on July 9, the Operator Core in the morning and the Handler Core that evening, followed by launch.

What existed at launch

From the July 10 executive deck:

  • 25 final PDFs
  • 132 wiki articles
  • 47 VeilDaemon surfaces
  • 85 automated tests
  • 8 core manuscripts
  • 2 free Needlepoints
  • 2 paid release lanes

What July 10 was for

The day after launch went into the data room, the press kit, and an honest traction baseline. That meant first-party audience numbers across itch.io, Facebook, and X, recorded as zero-spend organic growth by a solo founder, with the 90-day claim scoped to audience growth and nothing else.
