Copyright © 2024–2026 J. Donavon Love. SigilForge Studios is the publishing and operating studio. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, original CradlePoint rules text, fiction, Needlepoints, art direction, marketing materials, and Studio site copy are copyrighted creative works associated with the studio’s founder. Original works are protected by copyright upon creation under applicable law. The 2024 date reflects the first CradlePoint novel draft, while later works retain their own creation and publication histories. Formal entity assignment documents, when executed, are shared during relevant diligence—not invented on this page.
Repository license (VeilDaemon)
The public veildaemon repository is proprietary commercial software and public-service infrastructure operated by SigilForge Studios. Repository visibility does not make VeilDaemon an open-source framework, SDK, or self-hosted platform.
Unless a file-specific written notice or separate written agreement explicitly says otherwise, no rights are granted to copy, modify, redistribute, host, sublicense, sell, publish, or create derivative works from the repository or any part of it.

SigilForge Studios, CradlePoint, VeilDaemon, VeilCorp, product names, logos, source identifiers, and trade dress are reserved. No trademark rights are granted by this repository or license. Ownership, copyright licenses, trademark rights, media-use permission, and separately negotiated commercial licenses are distinct.
Separate SDKs, API clients, extension templates, plugins, or community tooling may use different licenses only when published with an explicit license in that separate package or file.
Press, marks, and commercial licensing
Approved press assets may be used only under the Media usage guidance. That limited permission does not transfer ownership or trademark rights. Separate commercial licensing of tabletop, fiction, software, or brand rights is negotiated case by case.
Publication-specific metadata, AI permission declarations, and public rights records live in the Creator Rights Records system.

Third-party marks
itch.io, Vercel, platform names, and other third-party marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
Credit note
J. Donavon Love is the studio founder, owner, and legal copyright claimant. CradlePoint fiction and game publications are credited publicly under the writer name S. KAELËN VALE where applicable. Those credits refer to the same creator, not separate owners or studios.
